Roasting the perfect bean. We begin with making sure the bean is ethically grown, sourced, and fairly traded. We take time in roasting to perfection. Hours of cupping and trials have led us to some of the best roasts produced. Each bean sourced is tested for what flavours are best brought out with a lighter roast and which bean flavours are best with roasting to a darker roast. The passion behind each roast is shown by the quality of the batch produced. We strive to make the perfect bean for the perfect barista that leads to your perfect cup of coffee.
